Participation in the conference as a speaker
To participate in the conference as a speaker, you must send an application to [email protected] by May 25, 2022, containing:
– The title of the part of the conference in which you plan to participate;
– title of the paper;
– 3-5 key words;
– abstract;
– URL of the institution or project the paper is about (if any);
– surname, first name and patronymic of the author(s);
– place of work/study;
– e-mail address;
– telephone number;
– preferred conditions for arrival and departure (self-drive, chartered bus/train as a part of a group);
– Abstracts up to 5 000 characters (can be sent immediately or after approval of the topic and the abstract by the program committee).
Abstracts are accepted until 05.06.2022. Speakers are invited to the conference on the basis of the decision of the program committee.
Participation in the conference as an attendee
To participate in the conference as a listener, please send an application with the following information to [email protected] by May 30, 2022:
– FULL NAME;
– position;
– organization;
– e-mail address;
– telephone number;
– desired conditions of arrival and departure (on your own, by registered bus/train as a part of the group).
The hotel provides discounts for conference participants. You can book a room. The Organizing Committee does not guarantee the accommodation of participants, early registration will allow you to be sure of the availability of rooms.
Absentee participation in the conference is possible.
Requirements for the design of abstracts
Information about the author:
– name, surname;
– city;
– organization;
– names and URLs of free projects in which the author participates (if any). 2.
- theme of the report.
- Length – up to 5000 characters.
- Illustrations in any format.
Sizes no more than 110×160 mm;
Resolution no lower than 150 dpi (higher is better).
Abstracts are accepted in one of two formats: LaTeX or OpenDocument (.odt), designed according to the template.
