"About 2 years ago, we moved away from an older file-based SCM tool. It was a smart decision and we're proud we chose AccuRev over the many other options we evaluated. It was ready to go from day one and needed very little configuration. AccuRev helps you do parallel development in ways 'old technology' tools just can't. The stream, workspaces, and promotion model concept works much better for parallel development than the older SCM technology tools that were never designed to support such process.
