I can also see this as self documenting company policies. Anyone who tries to add users (and is denied) could get a more pleasant email stating something to the effect of: "You recently tried to add a group in accurev. Our current company policy requires requests for groups to be sent to accRequest@company.com. Feel free to put in a request for your group. If you have other needs you can also email accHelp@company.com" Voila, now users have a guide on company policies that is automatically communicated. That’s great.
